Hi, I'm Alessandro.
I'm a computer programmer based in Madrid, Spain. I was born in 1993 in Lanciano, Italy. I spend most of my working time building software. In March 2026, I stopped writing code by hand and started using coding agents to create programs instead.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, cooking, reading, and meeting up with friends.
Code
Throughout my career, I've built software in data and AI observability, wealth management, healthcare, blockchain, and real estate, working with international, remote-first teams. My GitHub doesn't reflect my recent projects, so LinkedIn is the better place to see what I've been working on.
Music
I play the guitar and some piano, and I used to produce music in Cubase as a hobby. These days, however, I tend to spend that time on other things. In 2009, I started playing in a prog metal band called Hybrid Circle, and in 2012 we toured Ukraine and Russia. The band broke up around 2016. Today, I feel closer to other genres, such as indie and electronic pop.
